Atelier Melney is a French consulting studio specialised in Microsoft 365 and Power Platform. Built by practitioners, for SMEs that want tangible results. Not another PowerPoint.
Our story
Atelier Melney was born out of frustration: watching simple Power Platform projects drag on for months, blow their budgets, and end up abandoned.
The diagnosis is straightforward. Traditional IT firms sell time-and-materials, so their business model does not reward speed. Solo freelancers have neither method nor backup if one of them stops. And no-code vendors lock their clients into proprietary ecosystems.
We created a third model: a fixed-price consulting workshop, specialised in Microsoft 365 and Power Platform, with a senior consultant directly involved from scoping to go-live. Small team, lean method, contractual commitment on the outcome. Not for everyone, but the right answer for a well-identified process.

The founder
10 years of expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem. Power Apps since its early versions, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI, Azure. Mixed background in development and consulting. I know what happens under the hood, and I know how to talk to a board.
I delivered 16 applications in a year on a large international programme in West Africa. That is where I learnt that a well-scoped application ships in weeks, not months. The Atelier Melney method comes from there.
I personally handle every client account, from the first email to the production deployment. That is the workshop spirit: you always talk to the same person.
