Is the scoping fee deducted if I sign the build?
Yes. If you commission the build within 60 days, the scoping fee is fully deducted from the build quote.
How many people are needed on the client side?
Ideally 2 to 4 people: a sponsor, a future key user, and the CIO or their representative. No committee of 12.
What if we discover the project isn't feasible?
We tell you straight away. You leave with the full dossier (reusable elsewhere). No grey areas.
Why not offer a free scoping session?
