In a public infrastructure programme in West Africa, writing a meeting report took over 90 minutes and sometimes arrived days later. Today it comes out in under a minute, in the official format, archived on SharePoint.

A Plaud recorder captures the meeting and produces the transcript. A Power Automate automation hands it to an AI Builder prompt with a precise context (sections, tone, length), fills in the official Word template and archives the report on SharePoint. A Power Apps application lets the team paste a transcript or browse past reports.
