Why exactly 4 weeks?
It's the Pareto sweet spot: short enough to stay focused, long enough to deliver something solid. For larger scopes, we structure multiple 4-week phases.
What if you miss the deadline?
We refund 10% of the fixed price per week of delay, unless caused by an external factor (tenant access, client validation). A contractual commitment.
Do I truly own the source code?
100% of the application code (Power Apps solution, Dataverse model, Power Automate flows, documentation). You can export, modify, maintain it in-house, or switch vendors. Only our reusable frameworks (PCF Controls, cross-client generic components) remain our property; you receive a perpetual usage licence for your project.
What if we want to maintain the app in-house later?
No problem, it's built in. All documentation and code belong to you. Our TMA is the most cost-effective option (we know the code, changes are faster), but it's your choice, not a contractual trap.
Which Microsoft licences are required?
Power Apps Premium or Microsoft 365 E3/E5 depending on the connectors. We validate licence requirements during scoping, no surprises.
Can you integrate SAP, Salesforce, or other systems?
Yes, via standard or custom Power Platform connectors. To be assessed during scoping based on the system and data volumes.
Who works on my project?
A two-person team: a senior Power Platform consultant (10 years of experience) and a developer. Stive Rachel remains the account lead.
What happens after delivery?
You have 3 options: full autonomy (you take over), TMA with us (monthly run), or scoping for a v2. No obligation.
