Business Developer
Build the commercial pipeline of a Microsoft 365 consulting studio. Sell fixed-price packages to IT directors and business leads.
The mission
What you'll do
Build and execute the outbound strategy (LinkedIn, email, events).
Qualify inbound leads from the website and pre-scoping form.
Lead discovery calls with IT directors and business leads.
Work in tandem with the Senior Consultant on technical pre-sales.
Close Build and TMA deals, sign contracts.
Maintain account relationships with existing clients (TMA upsell).
Manage the CRM (HubSpot) and commercial reporting.
Profile sought
What we expect from you
3 to 6 years in B2B business development, ideally in tech consulting or SaaS enterprise.
You have sold engagements of 25-100k EUR to C-level and director-level stakeholders.
Understanding of the Microsoft 365 / Power Platform ecosystem (no need to code).
Strong relationship skills, listening ability, capacity to build trust.
Outbound discipline: you follow up without harassing.
Pragmatic: you defend the value price, not the pitch.
Nice to have
- ·Active network with IT directors at mid-market / large public organizations.
- ·Experience with a modern CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive).
- ·Active LinkedIn presence and personal branding content.
- ·Fluent English.
