Senior Power Platform Consultant
Own client accounts end to end: scoping, delivery, run. Mixed consulting and tech profile comfortable talking to IT directors.
The mission
What you'll do
Own Build missions (4 weeks) and TMA at our mid-market clients.
Lead scoping workshops and produce specification documents.
Challenge technical choices and ensure deliverable quality.
Act as the single point of contact for the client (IT director, sponsor, key users).
Contribute to technical pre-sales on qualified leads.
Participate in documenting our method and continuous improvement.
Mentor junior developers and UX designers.
Profile sought
What we expect from you
8+ years of Power Platform / Microsoft 365 experience, at least 4 in direct client engagement.
You have already managed projects end to end (scoping to production).
Comfortable in front of an executive committee as much as with a developer.
You know how to say no to a client: scope, timeline, quality.
Pragmatic, studio mindset: no corporate bullshit.
Excellent listening, political intelligence, ability to structure ambiguity.
Nice to have
- ·PL-600 (Solution Architect) or MB-600 certifications.
- ·Experience on large programs (multi-module, multi-team).
- ·Power Platform governance knowledge (CoE, DLP, environments).
- ·Structured pre-sales experience.
