The mission
What you'll do
Lead UX scoping workshops with business users (IT directors, HR, Finance, Ops).
Deliver clickable Figma wireframes and mockups in Sprint 1 of each project.
Evolve our Power Apps UX framework (standard components, design tokens, patterns).
Work in tandem with the developer to validate implementation.
Run user testing (UAT) in Sprint 4 and address identified friction points.
Document the design system to ensure cross-project consistency.
Profile sought
What we expect from you
3 to 6 years in UX/UI Design, ideally on internal B2B applications.
Strong Figma skills (components, variables, prototypes).
Deep awareness of Power Apps technical constraints (you know what's feasible).
Ability to turn a vague need into an executable spec.
You advocate for the user without becoming a blocker.
Excellent listening skills in client workshops.
Nice to have
- ·Experience with Microsoft Fluent UI or Power Platform design system.
- ·Basic Power Fx knowledge to challenge mockups in real time.
- ·Active watch on AI design tools (Figma AI, Galileo).
- ·WCAG accessibility experience.
